Products and descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, colours and dimensions accurately. Because our bags are made from genuine leather, natural variations in grain, texture and tone are to be expected, and colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Product dimensions are approximate.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise shown. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing or listing errors; if an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.

Sales and promotions

Promotional discounts are applied automatically at checkout and apply to the current selling price shown on our website. Each promotion runs for the dates stated in its announcement.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
