Where we ship

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Shipping rates

• Canada and United States: free standard shipping on orders of $200 CAD or more; $15.00 CAD on orders under $200.

Delivery times

Our bags are shipped from our partner warehouse overseas. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons or customs delays.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take a few days to update after dispatch.

Duties and import taxes

Because orders ship internationally, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country on delivery. These charges are not included in the price at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please email leatherandlinencorp@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
